Virtual Care Package
This Virtual Care Package will bring together 7 different forms of support into one personalized website page for the Virtual Care Package beneficiary!
Amazon Wishlist: We will set up an Amazon wishlist for the beneficiary, where your community can purchase items off their list and get them sent directly to the beneficiary, all while keeping their address private.
GoFundMe: We will set up a GoFundMe page where your community can support the beneficiary financially.
Meal Train: We will set up a Meal Train where your community can sign up to make or deliver meals to the beneficiary.
GoKid: We will set up a GoKid account where friends/family can sign up to provide rides for the patient and/or their kids.
GroupMe: We will set up a GroupMe where your friends/family can join a large group chat, all while keeping members’ phone numbers private. The group leader will be able to send out text communication to one place about medical updates and/or prayer requests.
ECard Forest: We will set up a virtual card that your whole community can sign for the beneficiary!
Amazon Fresh: We will provide an Amazon Fresh grocery list that your community can purchase from to send fresh groceries to the beneficiary.
We use information from a single intake survey to create all of the applications , with a single set of login credentials sent to you if you’d like to modify any information later. Your personalized site will be hosted for a full year, with options to renew hosting.
Once you have purchased a Virtual Care Package, an email will be automatically sent to you with a 5 minute intake survey.
